Reports are often scattered across messages, calls and isolated files. SISMATES proposes a shared reference to observe how every affected site changes and guide attention where it is needed most.

New reports and assessments are added over time without silently rewriting previous information.

A continuous score from 0 to 10 ranks needs without reducing them to rigid categories.
